The Sound System

Our Basic System consists of two 15″ 3-way speakers standing 6 feet tall for uncompromised sound clarity (not little speakers on stands 6 feet high) These can be reconfigured to fit smaller rooms or cover larger rooms as needed. This is our smallest system bigger than most DJs’ biggest offerings.

Capacity of our smallest system is up to 200 guests; volume adjusted for parties of 20 ! Our bigger sound systems can handle up to 1000 guests, and then we bring out the big stuff, so no matter how large your party is, we have the cleanest, clearest sound to present music and voice in perfect harmony with the room’s acoustics.

Reliable Power (up to 500 watts per channel RMS into 8-ohms) to ensure distortion-free music at any volume level.

Music is Focused on the dance floor and played at a sensible volume for dancing while enabling table talk for the enjoyment of all your guests, yet announcements are clearly heard throughout the room.

Two 18″ sub woofers for added bass for larger parties (active crossed over and separately bi-amped).

State of the art playback console design is finely crafted and maintained to present a clean professional appearance, not wires running all over the table and floor.

Totally integrated with only six cables for the fastest setup, smallest footprint and highest reliability.

Digital Music / Hard Disc Playback Controller and Mac Computers (2) offer state of the art technology with 6  CD players for added reliability.

Digital mixing board with equalization to blend 8 stereo digital ad 2 analogue music sources plus up to 6 mics.

Sound is Continually Monitored throughout the event to ensure correct volume and tonal balance so the music sounds perfect.

Wireless (4) and Wired (4) Microphones to interact with the music and your guests.

UPS/Battery Backup Power conditioning and distribution to feed all sound equipment in case of a power outage, computer-monitored power status display. If the power goes off, we don’t !!!

Back up Amplifiers of the same power (not some old clunker we hope not to need).

Full Supply of Duplicate Cables for our system and every common interconnect (most often used to help other DJs when they have a problem in the next room!).

Separate Digital Sound System for Ceremony Packages, indoors or outdoors with wireless microphone for the person conducting your ceremony with the added ability to record your ceremony for you to hear and enjoy for years to come.

DJ Services and Dance Lessons are Available Independently, so even if you chose another DJ/Band, we are still happy to teach you to dance and are very satisfied to have contributed to your special day.

Jack and Jill Showers: the Pre-Wedding Party.

Full Coordination with hall, photographer, videographer and live band in advance and in real time to ensure everything runs smoothly, and that the “memory makers” are in the right place at the right time to capture those magical moments.

Ceremony Packages, indoors or out, with a wired and wireless mic for the person conducting your ceremony, and the ability to record the ceremony for your later enjoyment.

Cocktail and Dinner Music – soothing collections of classical, light jazz, movie themes and easy listening music to set a relaxing tone.

Multiple Sound Systems or setup for Cocktails, Dinner and even the Dance if held in different areas: foyer/another room, outdoors or indoors may require us to provide a second sound system to accommodate that requirement.

Request Cards on every table, not only provide musical input, but act as an icebreaker for your guests as they get to know each other over dinner.

The Grand Entrance – Parents and Bridal Party ushered into the reception room to thunderous applause, followed by head table introductions and other house keeping announcements. We can introduce your MC or act as the MC as you prefer.

Intermission, if required for the hall to move and clear tables, during which we present livelier music with a sing-along flare, to wake’em up and shake’em up to get ready to dance the night away.

Dance Music – Request Driven for the very best in musical selection, complemented by our extensive knowledge of all forms of dancing for a great party experience. Most receptions are 100% request driven, for the ultimate wedding party.
